Today, while enjoying time with your family and friends with fireworks, parades, barbeques, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball games, and ceremonies, etc, all in celebration of the history, government, and traditions of the United States, consider amongst the celebration, what is your personal declaration in your job search?
Declare what you stand for in your job search. Take ownership in what are you doing well and what you must change to Go Get Your Job. Write it out and then, sign it and date it. Keep your declaration near you and refer to it regularly. The point is to know where you are and where you are going in this job search. If you read the transcript of the Declaration of Independence, you will see that those guys were pretty determined in their goals.
